Travis, the gold standard of British rock, releases their first new album in three years! Travis, one of the UK's leading rock bands, has released their 8th album "Everything At Once" on their own label [Red Telephone Box]. The album was produced by Michael Ilbert (Taylor Swift, Katy Perry), who also produced the band's previous hit album, which reached #3 in the UK, and was produced at the legendary Hansa Studios in Berlin (David Bowie's "Low", "Heroes", etc.). Travis' trademark warm vocals and beautiful melodies are still present on this album. The band has also put all of the experience and confidence they have gained from their previous seven albums into this album. Two young female singers have also joined as guests on this album, adding to the album's splendor. The heartwarming "3 Miles High," with its beautiful acoustic melody, features Norwegian singer Aurora on backing vocals.Idlewild" features English singer/songwriter Josephine Onyeama in a lovely duet with Fran. Regarding the fact that the album contains a number of songs under three minutes, frontman Fran Healy has this to say: "We shouldn't overstay our welcome. 'We shouldn't overstay our welcome. We've learned to be thrifty when we write songs. We should be able to say everything we want to say. We just don't need four minutes."
