Joe Armon Jones "Sorrow", the third EP in the "Aquarii In Dub" series, limited quantity 12"! London-based keyboard player/composer/collaborator/producer Joe Armon Jones releases "Sorrow" as the third installment of his "Aquarii In Dub" series on 12" in limited quantities. For the lead single, "Sorrow," Jones collaborated with Nottingham native Liam Bailey on a single that evokes the classic "Studio One" sound of the golden age of reggae and dub. Joe Armon Jones includes two additional versions, one with Ezra Collective's James Morrison on saxophone and one with himself on keyboards. Both versions are reworkings of the original track and are given new life. In addition to Liam Bailey and James Morrison, Ceasefire features Morgan Simpson (ds) of Black Midi, Luke Winter, bassist for Nubian Twist, and Mark Morrison, guitarist for Royle Carner and Celeste. The album was produced and mixed by Joe Armon Jones, mastered by Noah Priddle, and released on his own Aquarii Records label. In addition to Liam Bailey and James Morrison, "Sorrow" features Black Midi drummer Morgan Simpson, Nubian Twist bassist Luke Winter, and Mark Morrison, guitarist for Royle Carner and Celeste.
