This recording is from the highly acclaimed production of Wagner's "Ring", the four operas are completely revisited every six years at the Bayreuth Festival.It was recorded without an audience at the famous Bayreuth Festival Theatre, built by the composer Richard Wagner himself, in 1991-1992 at the Festival Theatre before the Festival.
