A talented musician, Stevie Wonder has released 30 U.S. Top 10 hits, won 22 Grammy Awards, and is a versatile multi-instrumentalist who plays drums, synth bass, and electric keyboards as well as piano and electric keyboards, In 1970, he established his own music publishing company, Taurus Productions, and in order to explore his own music, he produced albums using almost all of his own instruments, mainly a Moog synthesizer, and led the new soul era of the early 1970s. This rare live archive of Stevie Wonder from 1984 is now finally available!
After his own car accident, he was inspired by charity and pacifism, and his 1980 album "Hotter Than July" reached No. 1 on the U.S. R&B charts. In 1985, he released his 20th album, "In Square Circle," and went on tour.The concert at Madison Square Garden in New York City on September 27, 1986 was recorded and broadcast on a radio program, and this album is based on the broadcast recording. The complete set list of the day is included, except for "My Sherry Amor," which fades in for broadcast purposes. The setlist is a "best of" selection of songs from the 1980s, including the hit "Love in My Heart" and "Nostalgia for the Future" from the new album, as well as many classic songs from the 1960s and 1970s, including a special performance of "Don't Stop" with the contest winner on stage. The album is a super rare live archive of special performances.
