Formed in 1999 by founder and chief songwriter Bruce Sword, the band has achieved its highest chart position ever with 2018's Dissolution, which debuted at #1 on the UK Rock & Metal Charts, as well as a lyrical critique that expresses contemplation of a "post-truth" world. The band's presence in the rock scene has been steadily growing in recent years, with the release of 2020's "Versions Of The Truth - Chaos", a lyrical commentary on the contemplation of a "post-truth" world. They have now refined their conventional sound after three years in the making with a new album, "It Leads," featuring drummer Gavin Harrison (King Crimson, Porcupine Tree), bassist John Sykes and keyboardist Steve Kitch, who have remained steadfast in recent years.
