Jackson Browne, born in Germany and raised in the U.S., is known as the "lone singer-songwriter" and has steadily increased his album sales since his debut in 1972 with the album "Jackson Browne. Since then, he has continued to influence many musicians. Released in 1976, "The Pretender" was Jackson Browne's breakthrough album, reaching No. 5 on the U.S. album charts and touring North America and Europe with the album's release. The concert that took place in New Jersey on October 15 of the same year was recorded for the popular American radio program "King Biscuit Flower Hour," and although it had only been broadcast, this is the first CD to be released using the broadcast recordings.
