Eleven artists who are associated with and respect Sukima Switch have participated in this album, covering Sukima Switch songs that each of them has a special attachment to. The jacket features a fantastic illustration by Masaki Shiota, an illustrator who worked on the initial trilogy of Sukima Switch, depicting the two members of Sukima Switch heading to the festival site where everyone is waiting for them. The tribute album "Minna no Sukima Switch" was created to symbolize the "Sukima Switch loved by everyone.
