Outline of the work
The time is the Warring States period.
Kagemitsu, the lord of Daigo, made a wish for the prosperity of his territory to the twelve statues of demon gods in a temple hall.
In exchange, his heir was born with a body missing in various places.
In exchange, he gave birth to an heir, who was missing parts of his body.
The heir to Keikou was born with various body parts missing, and as an abhorrent child, he was washed down the river and abandoned.
Time passed, the demigods fulfilled their agreement with Kagemitsu, and peace returned to the land.
One day, a young bandit named "Dororo" meets a man.
Is it a demon or a man--?
Hyakkimaru, a man with a sword in each arm, was looking at the monster that was attacking him with his invisible eyes.
