The eight orchestral suites (musical tragedies, operas-balleys, and suites from heroic pastoral operas), four recorded by Brüchen & the 18th Century Orchestra while at Philips and four recorded after moving to Glossa, are now available on four CDs in a boxed set! This is a joyous reissue of the famous recordings that made the name of "Conductor Bruchen," a recorder virtuoso turned conductor, and the appeal of Rameau's orchestral works known throughout the world.
