The live performance by former Nightwish and Finnish diva Tarja Turunen with 16 musicians over the past 20 years is included! Liner notes translation included. Tarja Turunen is one of the biggest stars born in Finland. She has loved music since she was a child, and her career was defined by her encounter with Sarah Brightman, whose talent was admired by everyone around her. Impressed by her classical style of singing pop music, she decided to train as a soprano singer at the Sibelius Academy of Music. In 1996, she formed Nightwish with Tsomas Holopainen and others. The following year, 1997, she made her album debut with "Angel Falls First". The band's innovative yet accessible style of heavy guitars, symphonic arrangements, and Taja's beautiful and powerful soprano voice was a big hit not only in Finland but also throughout Europe. After leaving Nightwish in 2005, Tarja pursued a solo career while also performing classical music. My Winter Storm" (2007), which she also composed herself, reached No. 1 on the Finnish music charts. She has also worked as a coach for a TV singer audition program, and her popularity has taken root among Finnish audiences. The live album "Circus Life" by Taya will be released here in Japan. The album was recorded at a special concert in Bucharest with 16 musicians. Taya performed with talented vocalists, including her brother Toni, and musicians at various stages of their careers. The minimalist costumes highlight the music itself and capture a special time of joy, friendship, and improvisation among the performers. The setlist includes such signature songs as "I Walk Alone," "Until My Last Breath," and "Innocence," as well as fan favorites such as "Victim Of Ritual" and "Demons In You," and shows Taya's evolution as an artist in all its glory.
