A double release of the killer folk song "Kizaki Ondo" that makes you shiver with its dazzling boosted bass, both the original version by the local preservation society and the current generation TRAP version. Yagi-bushi," Japan's first folk song to be recorded and one of the biggest dankura in the folk music world, has its direct origins in Kizaki Ondo, a bon dance song that is still performed in the town of Shinden Kizaki in Ota City, Gunma Prefecture. This song is just plain bad. It is a killer of a killer song, and any folk music dance tune would be lost in the haze of its dangerous power. I couldn't believe my ears when I heard the distortion. The distorted bass and massive low beats are colored with bizarre reverberations that make you wonder if the EQ was adjusted wrong in the studio. The lyrics are in the form of a seduction (Note 2), which tells the story of a woman who lives in the nightlife of the red-light district (Note 1) in a naked manner. This is neither ghetto bass born in Chicago nor trap born in Atlanta. It is a Japanese folk song nurtured in the life of northern Kanto. This time, with the cooperation of the Kisaki Ondo Preservation Society, we have remastered and recorded a locally recorded version from 1980 and 1981 that captures the hustle and bustle of a bon dance night. As a new attempt, we have also included a new recording of Kizaki Ondo by Clark Naito.Clark Naito, an MC/trackmaker who raps over garage-punk sampled tracks and is also active in the Gorges area, has a flair for connecting bo diddly and bass music with the term "3 minutes of R&R. The collaboration between Risoyoudansan and Clark Naito has produced a modern version of Kizaki Ondo with a contemporary trap beat and sweet synths. This is also an extension of the "folk songs on turntables and blasting music" that RisoYoudan performs at SOI48 parties, and a proposal for a "new way to enjoy folk music. We hope you enjoy it simply as cool music. Note 1: "Meshimori Onna A woman who used to be engaged in domestic and sexual labor in the inn towns of Japan. Kisaki prospered as a post town along the Nikko Neihyoji Highway, and many Iimori women came from Echigo to serve in the town. The original song of Kizaki Ondo is the Shinpo Kodaiji-bushi, which these women brought with them from Echigo.
