The Complete History of BOOMBOOMSATELLITES! A Deluxe Package Release BOOMBOOMSATELLITES was formed in 1990. A duo consisting of Masayuki Nakano and Michiyuki Kawashima. With a sound that fuses big beat, rock, techno, and electronica, they made their international debut in 1997 with the single “Joyride.” After gaining acclaim in the European club scene, they made their full-fledged debut with the 1998 album *OUTLOUD*. Since then, they have released a string of tracks that transcend the boundaries between club music and rock, including “PushEject,” “DiveForYou,” “EasyAction,” and “KICKITOUT.” They have also garnered widespread support by providing music for festivals, films, commercials, and anime both in Japan and abroad. In 2016, the group reached a turning point following the passing of Michiyuki Kawashima; however, their musical style and influence continue to be strongly carried forward, and Masayuki Nakano continues to perform as THESPELLBOUND alongside Yusuke Kobayashi (THENOVEMBERS). [Limited Edition] A 12-disc set featuring all of BOOMBOOMSATELLITES’ original albums and EPs, complete with a booklet and deluxe packaging.
