Brazilian jazz pianist Ileane Ilias. In celebration of her visit to Japan, she released her two latest albums simultaneously! 2021's "Mirror Mirror" is a piano instrumental album featuring two of her respected masters, Chick Corea and Chucho Valdez, and won both a Grammy Award and a Latin Grammy Award the following year. The legend responded to Iliane's soulful playing with an elegant call and response. This is the last work of Chick Corea, who died shortly after this recording. Born in São Paulo, Brazil in 1960, pianist and vocalist Ileane Ilias began playing piano at the age of 7 and began performing professionally at 17. In 1984, she released "Amanda" with her ex-husband Randy Brecker.
