The long-awaited repressing of the 2014 album by haruka nakamura's PIANO ENSEMBLE group, which she has been pursuing and developing over the past four years! In 2010, haruka nakamura's 2nd album "twilight" was released from KITCHEN. label in Singapore to great acclaim. The group, consisting of ARAKI Shin (saxophone, flute), Teru Uchida (saxophone), Rie Nemoto (violin), Isao Saito (drums), and others who participated in the album, has been performing for the past four years in various locations while sublimating the music from "twilight" and new songs, mainly through improvisation. With the addition of Shin ARAKI's brilliant orchestral arrangements, PIANO ENSEMBLE eventually became haruka nakamura's most mainstay performance format. In 2014, a series of three public recordings was held at Tokyo's Sonorium concert hall, resulting in haruka nakamura's fourth album, "A Landscape with Music". The recording sessions were held in a chapel-like setting, a perfect location to perfectly capture haruka nakamura's musicality, which links chamber music with an orientation toward hymns and religious music. The performance, which blends a tightly-knit ensemble with the luminous sonority of the space itself, mixes classical rigor with contemporary improvisation, while creating an emotional resonance that is beautifully detailed, elegant, and stirring. This album includes four reconstructed versions of songs from "twilight," three new songs ("SIN," "April Binding," and "Eternity"), and two songs that are included on the album for the first time ("nowhere" and "Light"), for a total of nine songs on two CDs. Hikari" and "Eien" feature CANTUS, a women's choir.A download coupon for the bonus track "CALL" is also included.
