Description:

The Black Dahlia Murder, a melodic death metal band from the U.S. that has gained great popularity in Japan, has moved to the AVALON label. 2022 saw the passing of frontman Trevor Stannard, leaving the band members and fans worldwide devastated. Each member of the band, including co-founder and guitarist Brian Eskbach, has had to make an anguished decision. He announced that the band would be playing in his hometown of Detroit for Trevor's memorial show with a new lineup. Brian abandoned his identity as a guitarist and switched to vocals. Producer/guitarist Brandon Ellis returns to replace Brian with Ryan Knight, who supported the "Deflorette" to "Abysmal" period. Max Lavelle on bass and Alan Cassidy on drums have decided to keep the band together. Taking over the will of the late Trevor Stannard, the band's tenth album, "Servitude," which many thought was impossible, was completed.The first single "Aftermath" reflects the band's signature melodic death metal tone, and this is the long-awaited album that fans have been waiting for, a revival that was produced with all the band members' efforts!
