PERFECT PLAN, which made its impressive debut in 2018 with the album "All Rise" and quickly captivated fans with its quality melodies, has finally completed its latest studio album, its first in two years since its last album "Time For A Miracle". Frontman Kent Hilli, the face of the band, has released numerous albums since his debut. In recent years, he has released his own solo album, "The Rumble" (2021), and in 2022, he joined the veteran American AOR band, Giant, and gave an outstanding performance on their latest album, "Shifting Time," their first album in 10 years. This time, in his main occupation, PERFECT PLAN, he fully showcases his melancholy yet core vocals, making this a work that fans of melodic music should not miss. Prior to the album's release, Kent said of the new album, "What we wanted to focus on and do was to write really great melodic rock songs with great riffs and melodies. But I think there's more 'rock' on this album than before.Generally speaking, I would say it's melodic rock, maybe a little harder than the previous albums. But like their second album, "Time For A Miracle," it is a great mix of hard rock, melodic rock, and AOR. And there are elements of progressive rock and bluesy mixed in on some of the songs. And there is only one ballad on the album. My goal when I make an album is to make it feel like I'm playing the songs on a juke box, and I think I succeeded in doing that with this album."
