Following "Friday, Saturday And Sunday" and "The Diamonettes", this is the second release by Silent Majority, a vocal group produced by Ronald Dunber, who produced many great songs mainly for HOTWAX/Invictus. Frightened Girl" and "Something New About You" released in 1972.Jimmie Soul, one of the world's first producers to introduce independent artists to the world through his radio play, has selected and officially reissued the track as a double-sider! Frightened Girl" was sampled by Madlib on Guilty Simpson's "American Dream & Future (OJ Simpson Remix)" and is a great mellow soul track that grabs you from the intro! Something New About You" is a hard-to-find and expensive release, and from the intro, it's a dreamy masterpiece of soul that makes you feel good!
