The Lemonheads, an American alternative rock band led by Ivan Dando, celebrate the 30th anniversary of their fifth album, It's A Shame About Ray, released in 1992. This anniversary edition includes the previously unreleased 1992 KCRW track "My Drug Buddy" featuring Juliana Hatfield, B-sides to the singles "It's A Shame About Ray" and "Confetti," the EP "Mrs. Robinson/Being Round, and a number of demo tracks will be added. It's A Shame About Ray had a huge impact in the frenetic but easygoing era of 1992. The record perfectly illustrates Evan Dando's ability to effortlessly encapsulate teenage longing and desire in a two-minute pop song. (C)RS
