The program provides a musical overview of Enescu's life by coupling two violin sonatas from his youth with the suite "Impressions of Childhood," which depicts scenes from his childhood when he was nearly 60 years old. German-born Šfan Talara, who made his stage debut at the age of only four, won the third prize at the Henrik Wieniawski International Violin Competition in 2011, and was named Musician of the Year by the German music magazine "Neuen Musikzeitung. She is a virtuoso violinist with high expectations. Laura-Evelyn Vakova-Talala, also from Bulgaria, gave her first recital at the age of 10 and is a talented pianist who has won numerous international music competitions. Tokyo M-Plus
