IRONFLAME, a traditional/epic heavy metal project from Ohio, USA, releases its sixth studio album in 2026. This album is the culmination of frontman ANDREWDELLACAGA’s unwavering love for metal and his DIY spirit. For him—who is also active in bands such as BRIMSTONECOVEN and ICARUSWITCH—IRONFLAME is his most important project, and on this album, he once again handles everything from composition, lyrics, vocals, and various instruments, and even handles the mixing and mastering himself, maintaining a thoroughly self-produced approach. Since their formation in 2016, IRONFLAME has steadily built their career with albums such as *Lightning Strikes the Crown*, *Tales of Splendor and Sorrow*, *Blood Red Victory*, *Where Madness Dwells* (released after signing with High Roller), and *Kingdom Torn Asunder* following their move to High Roller, IRONFLAME has steadily built their career. While incorporating modern production techniques, they have steadfastly preserved the grandeur and lyricism characteristic of 1980s orthodox heavy metal. The title track of this album, “Worlds To Conquer,” serves as a symbol of the entire album, with its powerful riffing and uplifting melodies vividly showcasing IRONFLAME’s unique worldview. Meanwhile, “ShadowSlave” showcases classic heavy metal reminiscent of DIO, with its dynamic tempo and dramatic progression. Unbound by trends or preconceived notions, ANDREW’s approach—purely giving form to what he has heard and felt—permeates the entire album, resulting in a rich and fulfilling work underpinned by deep respect and passion for traditional heavy metal.
