His latest studio album focuses on himself as a songwriter. In my songwriting career, I've had the great opportunity to write so many different songs for so many different artists," Richard says of his new album. So I saw no reason not to make an album that featured a variety of my favorite genres," he says of the new album, "SONGWRITER," his first studio album in two years since his last, "Limitless," featuring songs from a wide range of genres, from pop and rock to country and ballads.
