Description:
In 1974, Rick Springfield was on the fast track to stardom, and after the success of his 1972 single "Speak to the Sky," he formed his first solo band and produced an album. The label was reluctant to release this album, which Rick says was "born out of a burning desire and sexual insecurity at the age of 25, when I was going out on my own.The hard rock sound and suggestive lyrics were not compatible with the sound the label had hoped for, and the album was put in storage. After 50 years in the vaults, the album has been remastered from the original tapes and reissued with the addition of never-before-heard live performances.
