＜Premiata Forneria Marconi's "Photos of Ghosts" was released in 1973. This is the third album by Premiata Forneria Marconi (PFM), who were discovered by EL&P's Gregg Lake and released by Manticore Records in the U.K., and the first English version. The album was a masterpiece that showed the world the excellence of Italian rock, displaying classical melodies, medieval lyricism, and a hint of the Mediterranean Sea, while at the same time displaying formidable performance techniques. The English lyrics were written by Peter Sinfield, formerly of King Crimson, who also produced two songs. Five of the seven songs are re-arranged versions selected from PFM's first two albums in Italy ("Fantasy Story" and "My Friends"), "Three Guests at a Dinner Party" is an original Italian version, and "Old Rain" is a newly written song.The single cut "Celebration" was a worldwide hit. 1973 release, limited to 180g clear vinyl.
