A long-awaited CD release from 2015, digitally remastered and presented in a limited-edition paper sleeve, featuring a 1973 recording released by Italy’s Liuto Records by the legendary Psyche/Mondo Jazz Rock unit—featuring members of IMARC4, a veteran jazz quartet representing the Italian jazz scene, including Maurizio Majorana (b) and Antonello Vannucchi (key). The original is one of the rarest items ever; while following the style of their 1971 album *UNDERGROUND*, this release features mellow jazz-rock throughout, built on a lighthearted ensemble centered around Antonello Vannucchi’s versatile piano and keyboards. Shedding the psychedelic and avant-garde tones of its predecessor, the album—starting with the first track, "Movimento"—ventures into a more "Monde" and "Rare Groove" style. The melodic and kitschy songs and sounds, played with a mellow groove, are just as captivating as the previous work. Although different from its predecessor, this refreshing and lyrical release is a masterpiece that stands shoulder-to-shoulder with it!! The master uses remastered audio sourced directly from the original master tapes, and the jacket features the same gatefold design as the limited-edition vinyl release.
