Ruth Mascelli, a member of Special Interest, a cult favorite no wave/glam/industrial band from New Orleans, releases her debut solo album! A Night At The Baths" is a collection of songs that further explore Ruth's style from her time as Psychic Hotline and her electronic sound as a member of Special Interest, including techno, acid house, and ambient music. The eight tracks on this album start with "Sauna," a techno track that will get you up and moving on the dance floor late at night, followed by the hardcore acid techno of "Libidinal Surplus" and the party-closing "Missing Men," the last track on the album. The album is a journey of 8 tracks in total. Mastered by Rashad Becker and cut by Beau Thomas, with artwork by Studio Tape Echo.
