Bjork's eighth album "Vulnicula" was released in April 2015. With up-and-coming young producer Arca, the album, a beautiful fusion of electronic sounds and strings, traces Björk's "heartbreak" and has been highly acclaimed as the most emotional and shocking work in the history of her career. After a six-month hiatus, "Vulnicula" is now available in its entirety as a string arrangement. The string album features the "viola organista," the only instrument in the world believed to have been invented by Leonardo da Vinci. The world of "Vernicula," which is the most raw and realistic performance of Björk's work to date, has been reinterpreted in this new album.
