Beck is a unique musician in the alternative rock scene. His one-of-a-kind sound, which fuses the essence of rock music with folk songs, hip-hop, noise music, and many other types of music, has gained him an overwhelming following and made him one of the top artists in the music scene. Beck's rare live archive has finally been released as a CD!
In 1999, Beck released the album "Midnight Vultures," which reached No. 34 on the U.S. album chart and earned a gold disc. The concert at Nippon Budokan in Tokyo on May 31, 2000 was recorded and broadcast by CSTV and later broadcast by PBS (USA). This album was released using the PBS broadcast material, and includes the complete concert, including encores. Beck, who is a perfectionist, is conscious of the TV broadcast, and perhaps because of this, he gives a stage performance that reproduces each song more perfectly, making this a live album that captures Beck at his best during this period.There has never been a live album in the history of Beck's career, and this is a rare opportunity to hear him perform live!
