Let's go to the top of the mountain! The long-awaited new sequel to the popular outdoor anime "Yamanosume" has begun broadcasting! The sequel animation of the popular authentic mountaineering anime "YAMANOSUME" will start airing in October 2022! Based on the popular outdoor comic series by Shiro, which is currently being serialized in Comic Earth Star! This work, which has been adapted into a TV anime since 2013, has aired up to its third season, and an OVA has also been produced. It has gained steadfast popularity as an authentic mountaineering anime that focuses not only on the friendship and growth of the main character, Aoi and her friends, but also on the depiction of mountains and mountain climbing! This fall, the long-awaited new animation will finally begin airing! The talented staff members familiar to fans of the series will continue to work on the series! The staff members who have been involved in the series continue to work on the series, including animation production company Eight Bit, director Yusuke Yamamoto, and character design and chief animation director Yusuke Matsuo! The world of "YAMANOSUME", which has not faded from the previous works, is carefully depicted. The main cast of the series and the fresh young voice actors who have joined the series give enthusiastic performances! The main cast includes Yuka Iguchi as Aoi, Kana Asumi as Aoi's childhood friend and classmate Hinata, Yoko Hikasa as Kaede, a senior at the same high school as Aoi and her friends, Yui Ogura as Kokona, a junior high school student living in Hanno City like Aoi and her friends, and Nao Higashiyama as Honoka, a girl living in Gunma and whom Aoi and her friends met on Tanigawa-dake. The main cast continues to cast! Kaede's classmate, Eimiri Iwai, who plays the role of Koharu, the head of the mountaineering club, will also join the cast, making Aoi and her friends' daily lives even more lively!
