After working with Carmen Maki & OZ, Smokey Medicine, Mari Kaneko & Bucks Bunny, and others, he later joined Cassiopeia. This is the first CD release of the second album by Yoshihiro Naruse, one of Japan's leading bassists, released on Bourbon Records, newly remastered by Yoshihiro Naruse himself! (1982), a twin-bass album with Tetsuo Sakurai (b) and Yoshihiro Naruse (b), "CPT.CHAOS&. CHAOS&." (1) and "HURRICANE BASSMAN" (2), in which a slapping bass and horn section battle it out, are full of vitality that anyone can physically feel. The essence of Yoshihiro Naruse as a solo performer is in the funk, fusion, and disco that rampant with his clear and free-spirited slapping bass. The album features Tetsuo Sakurai (b), Hiroyuki Namba (key) and Mari Kaneko (b.vo) from Bucks Bunny, Daiji Okai (ds) from Yoninbayashi, Akiyuki Higuchi (ds) from Blues Creation, Hiroshi Uehara (ds), Haraji Sawai (sax), and many other musicians. Remastered in 2015 (by Yoshihiro Naruse himself).
