Description:

Katsaris, the incarnation of superb technique, once again delivers the "One-man Beto Zen" shock! A masterpiece! Beethoven's "Chronological Odyssey"! In the 1980s and early 1990s, Cyprian Katsaris, the master of superb technique, shocked and astounded classical music fans worldwide by recording and releasing solo piano versions of all nine of Beethoven's symphonies, arranged by Liszt. To celebrate the 250th anniversary of Beethoven's birth in 2020, 30 years after the completion of the legendary "All Beethoven's Works Alone," Katsaris will once again present a one-of-a-kind, completely out-of-the-box project that only Katsaris could have accomplished! For the release commemorating the 250th anniversary of Beethoven's birth, Katsaris has selected Beethoven's own "original works", both famous and obscure, including eight piano sonatas, including "Moonlight" and "Passion".The program is arranged chronologically (from 1782 to December 3, 1826) by combining the original works with a number of extremely rare "transcriptions" (arranged works) by the composer himself, as well as arrangements by Winkler, Rösler, Diabelli, Liszt, Saint-Saëns, Wagner, and others. The program is composed of a number of very rare "transcriptions" arranged by the composer, such as "Spring", "Kreutzer", "Kreutzer", "Kreutzer", and "Kreutzer". The program includes "Spring", "Kreutzer", "Violin Concerto (3rd movement)", "Symphony No. 9 (3rd movement)", "String Quartet" and many other chamber works in "Rare Transcriptions", and "Original Works" such as Piano Sonatas, Bagatelle and Variations. Katsaris will be performing his superb technique and crystal-clear beautiful sound, which is one of his greatest charms. Please look forward to Katsaris' full-scale Beethoven project "Chronological Odyssey," which will greatly enliven the 250th anniversary year of his birth!
