French jazz accordionist Vincent Pelani makes his trio debut! Opening with a stirring cover of Marilyn Manson, the trio's thrilling work unfolds a near-future cinematic story with a dazzling kaleidoscopic ensemble and playing that explores the possibilities of the accordion to the utmost limit! Vincent Pelani, who began his career as a classical accordionist before turning to jazz and performing with such masters as Matthias Icke (Tp), Michel Portal (Cl), and Luno Garcia Fons (B), has formed a new ensemble, Federico Casa Grande (E.G.) and Ziv Ravitz (Ds), who has played with such greats as Federico Casa Grande (E.G.) and Luno Garcia Fons (B). Vincent has taken not only the performances, but also various recorded sound sources such as sound effects, music boxes, and electronics, and framed and edited them like a film sequence, making the whole composition look like a single movie. It is as if you are watching a near-future science fiction film set in Europe. Vincent, who has previously covered Led Zeppelin, Sting, and various other songs on his own albums, now covers Marilyn Manson and Nine Inch Nails. This time, he covers Marilyn Manson and Nine Inch Nails. The Japanese-language commentary is written by Hiroki Chiba, bassist and composer.
