Chihei Hatakeyama, who has been active since the early 2000s as an artist of ambient music with a scenic and cinematic storyline, has already released his follow-up to "Maybe"! The theme of this album is snowy landscapes, and it gives the listener a sense of loneliness as if one were left alone in a magnificent natural setting like Siberia. However, it is also the home of human existence, and was composed to evoke a sense of nostalgia, paradoxical warmth, and the like. This is because the composer was inspired by Ango Sakaguchi's "The Home of Literature," an essay that he loves. The enveloping acoustic treatment of layers of delay and reverb has the potential to open up a new phase of ambient drone music.
