The debut album from LeSerge, who garnered attention in 2020 as the opening act for all shows on FKJ’s European tour. An immersive soundscape where dissociation and reconstruction intertwine!! “Dissociated,” the debut album by Paris-based multi-instrumentalist LeSerge (Serge Hirsch), is set for release in 2026. LeSerge, a multi-instrumentalist based in Paris, handles everything from composition to production himself, with violin and keyboards at the core of his work. *Dissociated* is an intensely personal and immersive work that masterfully fuses the improvisational nature of jazz, the grooves of hip-hop, and the experimental spirit of contemporary bedroom music. Under the theme of “Dissociated” suggested by the album title, this work delicately weaves together fragmented emotions, memories, and the atmosphere of the city. While maintaining a cohesive narrative, its structure reveals different facets with each listen. Blurring the boundaries between acoustic and electronic sounds, the organic resonance of the violin intertwines with the textures of the synthesizer to construct a soundscape that is both introspective and physically engaging. This work strongly reflects the live sensibility cultivated through his trio with drummer NoeBenita and bassist Yungccos, successfully balancing complex musicality with an open-hearted pop sensibility. It stands out for its exquisite sense of balance—meticulous yet never overly complex. Furthermore, LeSerge has collaborated with numerous artists as a string arranger and producer, and that experience is deeply embedded in the sound design of this album. In 2020, he garnered attention as a performer who bridges both live and club contexts, having joined FKJ’s European tour as a support act and performed alongside Crayon. ‘Dissociated’ is released in partnership with the French label RocheMusique. Spanning the realms of club music, jazz, and indie, this album presents a new musical vision for contemporary Europe.
