Russian pianist Mikhail Voskresensky (b. 1935) will turn 85 this year (2020). He studied at the Moscow Conservatory under Lev Oborin (1907-1974) and others. He won prizes at the Schumann International Competition (1956), the Georges Enescu International Piano Competition (1957), and the Van Cliburn International Piano Competition (1962). In addition to his worldwide performance activities, he was a professor at the Moscow Conservatory for many years, where Alexander Gindin (Gindin), Oleg Marushev, and others were trained. Sarabande
