Heliossea" (coined from the Greek word Helios (sun) and the English word Sea (sea)) by the contemporary Italian composer, sound designer, and musicologist Alessandro Grego (b.1969) is a work for flute and live electronics premiered in 2003 at an event organized by the Italian astrophysicist Margherita Ack (1922-2013).
