Talk Talk was a synth-pop group active in the UK music scene during the New Romantic and New Wave eras of the 1980s. Their fourth studio album "SPIRIT OF EDEN", released in 1988, is highly regarded as a pioneering post-rock album incorporating various elements such as jazz, ambient, classical, blues, and dub, and is said to have greatly influenced later post-rock and alternative rock. SPIRIT OF EDEN" is now available in half-speed master analog format! Talk Talk was a synth-pop group active in the UK music scene in the 1980s when New Romanticism and New Wave were taking over. In the ten years from 1981 to 1991, they released five albums, and their sound deepened from the early New Romantic sound to ambient and experimental post-rock with each new release.
