Sonoko Inoue, a solitary singer-songwriter who has penetrated through the ages from the Showa era to the 2025 era, will release her first album "Hokorobi" on LP! She is slowly gaining attention for her original worldview that weaves stories and landscapes derived from ordinary scenes of daily life with unadorned words, and for her original songs that concentrate a wide variety of elements from the vintage style music she was familiar with from her parents' influence to the modern sounds she has come into contact with. Singer/songwriter Sonoko Inoue. Her live performances at live houses, bars, restaurants, and even in a corner of a shopping arcade are always full of universal "something" that transcends time, from the Showa era to 2022, as she sometimes gently touches someone's heart and sometimes sharply cuts into something in front of them with her exceptional singing voice that remains in the listener's ear. This first album, "HOKOROBI", is a one-shot recording of her own songs with only singing and guitar, and includes a tension-filled performance that seems to reproduce her daily live performances.
