Gakugeidaiseishun is releasing a mini-album for the first time in a year and a half since February 2023. In the past year and a half, the four members have gone through various experiences, including their first drama tie-in, appearance at Kansai Collection, first appearance on a terrestrial TV singing program, withdrawal of a member, and transfer of their agency. Since April, after transferring to a new agency, they have performed at 16 live events in three months and released two new songs as digital singles.One of the newly released songs, "Busaiku na Love Song," has been adopted as the ending theme for BS Teleto DRAMA ADDICT "Hatsukoi Furoin ~Kono Koi wo Hatsukoi to denwa Ippon ka? Gakugei Daigaku Seishun itself also appears in this drama as himself. Gakugei Daigaku Seishun is continuing his energetic activities, which can truly be called "Re:START".In addition to "Busaiku na Love Song," this mini-album includes "Porcupine's Dilemma," the last song recorded with the five members, "Namae no Naki Today," which expresses strong feelings about the big change of the members leaving the group, "MY NAME IS...," a new song to introduce themselves that is always performed at live events now, "Icotoba," a song with impressive choreography that is danced with fans, and "Abracadabra," an unreleased song. All the songs are written and composed by Ren Nakagawa, the leader of the group since the formation of the new 4-member group. The mini album is a collection of six songs that condense their progress over the past year and a half, including "Abracadabra.The limited edition B includes two solo songs by Yujin Aizawa, who has been steadily working on songs on acoustic guitar, as bonus tracks. The song "Blue Spring" is a touching ballad sung to the departed members. Also compiled is a gorgeous booklet with a photo book featuring many photographs taken in the days since April.
