This time, he will be playing four saxophones, from soprano to baritone, and will introduce the fascinating saxophone works of 20th century French composer Henri Sauget. Sauguet's style is said to be a fusion of the styles of French composers such as Satie, Milhaud, Jolivet, Quécran, and Debussy, and he left behind unique and vibrant music with a playful spirit. Soget's arrangements for saxophone of works written for other instruments by Sebastiaan Cooman are also a treat to hear. Together with his friend, keyboardist Leo van Dusselaar, he brings the essence of Soget's music with deep sensitivity. Also, jongNBE, a Dutch wind ensemble that consists of the best students from Dutch conservatories and is a training ground by the Dutch Wind Ensemble, is participating in "Arendtur Saxophoniks".
