She started her career as the first guitarist of The War on Drugs (left the band in 2009), and then continued her career as a solo artist, and her 4th album "Smoke Ring For My Halo" (2011) made her one of the most popular and authentic singer-songwriters in the US indie scene. In 2017, Kurt Weill collaborated with Grammy-nominated Australian singer-songwriter Courtney Barnett, but his solo original work, "B'Brianna," is his first solo album. Zones" (M-1), and the preceding track "Loading Zones" (M-4), which was also featured in a music video by actor Kevin Corrigan (Goodfellas, The Departed). The album is completed with a perfect blend of the rock - Americana - psychedelic - folk elements synonymous with Kurt Weill, and a beautiful chorus throughout.
