Description:
The promising young Korean violinist Soo Ye Park has been very active on the BIS label and this album is a hybrid SACD release with the virtuoso Roland Penttinen. Soo Ye Park, a promising young Korean violinist, has been actively releasing works on the BIS label, and this album is her first attempt at an all-Simanovski program with the virtuoso Roland Penttinen! The Violin Sonata in D minor is an early work that already shows a unique character. The "Romance" and "Nocturne et Tarantella" are fascinating for their unique musical expression, which is typical of Shimanowski. Mythology," based on Greek mythology, is an ambitious work that is full of all kinds of violin techniques. The SACD hybrid disc features a recording of "Paganini: 24 Caprices" by Sooye Park, a Korean violinist born in 2000, who made her debut at the age of 16. She has since released "Love Greetings - Violin Concertos" (BIS SA-2382), "Journey Across the Century" (BIS SA-2492), "Yoon Yi-Sang: Violin Concerto" (BIS SA-2642), and many more. King International
