Formed in 1971 by Jozef Skrzek (b/key/vo), Apostolis Anthimos (g) and Jerzy Piotrowski (drs/perc), the band is one of the leading bands in the Polish progressive rock scene. The band was originally released on GAD Records in Poland in 1975 in LP format, and in August '75 at the beginning of their career, they recorded a studio session at a radio studio in Gdańsk, Poland. In addition to the four tracks "Dyskoteka", "FOS", "Xeni" and "Penia" from the LP, two additional tracks "Toczy sie kolo historii" and "Atoa" from the same studio session, which were not recorded on the LP, are included as bonus tracks.The source material has already been officially released in the form of scattered bonus tracks on previously released CD boxes/studio reissue CDs, the first four tracks, "Dyskoteka", "Xeni", "Penia", and "Toczy sie kolo historii", were included as bonus tracks on the compilation box "ANTHOLOGY 1974 - 2004" released on Metal Mind Productions in 2004. The following year, in '05, the album was also included in the Metal Mind compilation box "L'anthologie 1974 - 2004", also released by Metal Mind, as a bonus track. The following year, in 2005, "FOS "Atoa" was included in the compilation box "LOST TAPES VOL.1", also released by Metal Mind, making all six tracks from this album available to the public.As the title of the album means "disco," the danceable number "Dyskoteka" creates the SBB style disco sound by supporting heavy fuzz guitar/bass jostling with four drum beats, the heavy psychedelic improv "FOS "Penia" is an extension of the '74 debut album "SBB," and is full of thrills and tension as if it were a form of the initial impulse. The heavy psychedelic improvisation "FOS "Penia" is a thrilling and tense extension of Jozef's '74 debut SBB, and "Toczy sie kolo historii" was later included on his solo debut OJCIEC CHRZESTNY DOMINIKA, and includes a phrase that became part of "Going Away". The early version of "Toczy sie kolo historii", a phrase that became a part of "Going Away", can be heard on "CHRZESTNY DOMINIKA". The master is a remastered recording based on the original master tape.
