Released in a hurry in November of 1969 just after the breakup, this album is an anthology of mostly original IMMEDIATE and DECCA 7" recordings, as well as live recordings and some unreleased songs from the next act that never came to fruition. This deluxe edition, commemorating the 60th anniversary of IMMEDIATE, is supervised by the band's original drummer KENNEY JONES and is released under the double name of KENNEY's label, NICE RECORDS. It includes newly mixed and previously unreleased tracks from the OLYMPIC STUDIOS session tapes, an acoustic mix only included on the 2014 CHARLY box set "HERE COME THE NICE - THE IMMEDIATE YEARS BOXSET 1967-69", a mix from November 18, 1968, and a mix from the "HERE COME THE NICE - THE IMMEDIATE YEARS BOXSET 1967-69". This 3CD edition includes a mix, the Newcastle City Hall performance on 11/18/68 on DISC 1 and 2, and the original '69 version on DISC 3. Includes a 16-page booklet with detailed introduction by KENNEY JONES and track-by-track recording information. What I really like about this new deluxe edition is that the Small Faces finally get to have their say. We put out the 'Autumn Stone' compilation right after we split into Faces and Humble Pie.And no one noticed any major mistakes or missing songs on the cover! We mastered one acoustic mix, which features Steve Marriott's amazing voice, and one live track on a new record at the correct speed, and remastered everything from the original tapes, including the Decca songs. We added songs that I, Ronnie, Mac, and Steve liked and worked on, and corrected all errors in the original sound. The booklet features photos by Small Faces photographers Gered Mankowitz and Tony Gale, and I am very happy to be working with Gered on the album that he originally helped design. That means that after 55 years, he finally has the Small Faces name on the cover!" - Kenny Jones
