The sequel to the Scandinavian piano trio work "Moods" by leading Scandinavian bassist Jesper Bodilsen, drummer Morten Lund, and pianist Henrik Gunde has been released on CD for the first time in the world! Two Nordic piano trio works, "Moods" and "Moods Vol. 2," are being released on CD for the first time worldwide. In recording (5) "Tennessee Waltz" for the compilation album "For Jazz Ballad Fans Only Vol. 5," Yasukuni Terashima says, "There is nothing more difficult than playing a piece that is known to the public. It is easy to know if you are good or not. You can't just play the melody as it is. It is a difficult song to jazz it up. Careful arrangement is required. If the arrangement goes too far and loses the flavor of the original, there is no way to get rid of it. Henrik Gunde, Jesper Bodilsen, and Morten Lund have done an excellent job of capturing the subtleties of the Tennessee Waltz and presenting it to us.In addition to standards such as (4) "The Windmills of Your Mind" and (7) "Golden Earrings," Henrik Gunde composed (1) "Introduction," (6) "From E's Point of View" and (8) "Olivia. All of them are impressive for their transparent melodic beauty and breathtaking interplay. We hope you will enjoy the refined performance to your heart's content.
