The band is led by David Coverdale, one of the greatest rock vocalists of all time. After 35 years, the band's 1997 album "Restless Heart" is now available to the world in a newly mixed version. David Coverdale began work on his third solo album in 1995. However, due to pressure from his record label at the time, he changed his original plan and released the album "Restless Heart" in 1997 under the name David Coverdale & Whitesnake. Despite the change of name just before the release of the album, the album became a Top 40 hit in the U.K. and reached No. 10 on the album chart here in Japan, strongly impressing the public with its popularity. Surprisingly, the album was not released in the U.S., but now it will be released in multiple formats, including a 5-CD box set, finally making this masterpiece available in its official form around the world.This latest edition of "Restless Heart" will be available in four formats: a Super Deluxe Edition, a 5-CD 4CD+DVD set, a 2CD Deluxe Edition, a 1CD, and a 2-CD 180 gram weight Silver Analog, available only on import.
