Eihiro Nakamura & Shigehiko Kawaguchi! Collaboration of master musicians who studied at the Amsterdam Conservatory! This is a collection of recorder works by Fulvio Cardini, a contemporary Italian composer who studied at the Florence Conservatory as a student of Giorgio Sacchetti. Cardini is a versatile and talented musician, not only composing but also arranging works by Vivaldi, Mozart, and Liszt, as well as demonstrating his great skill as a pianist. This album features works related to minimalism and post-minimalism, which Cardini has widely practiced and studied. Eihiro Nakamura graduated from the Tokyo University of Science with a degree in electrical engineering. After joining Softbank Corporation as an engineer, he left the company to become a musician. He is a next-generation recorder player with a unique background, having graduated from the Amsterdam Conservatory of Music in the Netherlands with full marks in both undergraduate and graduate recorder courses with special honors (the first Japanese to achieve this feat). He has received the 20th Mie Prefecture Cultural Award and the Cultural Newcomer Award. He was selected for the 13th Contemporary Music Performance Competition "KYOGAKU XIII" (4th prize) and the Audience Prize.He has won top prizes in numerous competitions, including third prize in the 2nd Tel Aviv International Recorder Competition and second prize in the 2018 Nordhorn International Recorder Competition. She has also made solo appearances on NHK-FM's "Recital Passio" and the Dutch radio program "Concertzender Actueel," posted multiple recording videos on YouTube, and performed with the professional recorder ensemble "La Libertina" and the Netherlands-based Royal Wind Music" based in the Netherlands as a member of the ensemble. Shigehiko Kawaguchi, a Japanese keyboardist-hopeful who won the second prize at the First International Chopin Competition for Period Instruments, is invited to perform with the ensemble, and the virtuoso players who studied at the Amsterdam Conservatory of Music beautifully portray Cardini's world view. The domestic edition includes the original booklet and special liner notes written by the performers Tokyo M-Plus
