Raëlle Falunhagen, who devoted her life to the Jewish and women's liberation movements of the 18th and 19th centuries, and Pauline Wiesel (née César), her friend and the lover of the Prussian nobleman Louis Ferdinand. Based on letters exchanged between the two, this three-part musical drama was written by the contemporary German composer Roland Moser.
