The late 1970s was a time of maturity for analog recordings. The solidly formed and powerfully propulsive playing and sound of Sukrovaczewski & the Minnesota Orchestra are the best match for Beethoven's music. The booklet contains a reprint of the track descriptions from the original release, and a color photo of the jacket of the original LP.
