DARK FORTRESS, a melodic black metal band formed in 1994 in Landshut, Bavaria, Germany, released their eighth album "Spectres from the Old World" in 2020, their first album in six years, to much acclaim. The Cosmic End Tour in 2023 marked the end of Dark Fortress's long and eventful career. The last recorded work of Dark Fortress is Anthems From Beyond The Grave - Live In Europe 2023. According to V. Santura, the release of this live work was unexpected, and it just so happened that the two shows in Rotterdam, Holland, and Bochum, Germany, were recorded in multi-track format, which made this work possible. I hadn't listened to the recordings for a few months after the tour was over. When I finally heard it, I was like, "Oh my God! I was like, "Oh my God! We've never been very satisfied with our shows. But it was great. We felt like all the hard work we had put in over the years had paid off with that tour.The first and last live album "Anthems From Beyond The Grave - Live In Europe 2023", a look back at 29 years of black history, will be released in January 2025, with the label pushing for its release.
