On the album, Rachel relentlessly draws the listener into her world and the experiences that have made her who she is today.There she is depicted facing the darkest parts of herself and her life: various relationships, loneliness, regret, abuse, self-harm, alcoholism, and ultimately death, where she appeals to us to think about the beauty that is there, no matter what the circumstances.
